…the performers of SIDEWALK DANCING take a promenade through the city. they discover daily walks and movement and watch the city’s gestures of human bodies from a point of physical multiplication. the performers underline and counter-point the perception of commonplace public human physicality. SIDEWALK DANCING questions an ever-same routine in public life and stretches a day-to-day observation towards another reading of mankind’s history in public motion.
